Molecular Sieve 13X-HP

Zeolite molecular sieve 13X-HP is a premium crystalline aluminosilicate adsorbent derived from type X zeolite in its sodium form. It features a uniform pore opening of approximately 10 angstroms (1.0 nm), allowing it to selectively adsorb molecules with a kinetic diameter smaller than its pore size while excluding larger molecules. The designation HP stands for High Performance, indicating that this product is an optimized version of conventional 13X molecular sieve.

Introduction

Molecular Sieve 13X-HP

Type 13X-HP molecular sieve exhibits significantly enhanced oxygen/nitrogen separation efficiency, higher nitrogen adsorption capacity, faster mass transfer, and improved durability during repeated adsorption-desorption cycles. These characteristics enable lower energy consumption and higher oxygen recovery compared with standard 13X molecular sieve.

Molecular sieve 13X-HP is primarily designed for Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) and Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) oxygen generation systems. It preferentially adsorbs nitrogen from compressed air while allowing oxygen to pass through the adsorption bed, thereby producing oxygen-enriched gas with high purity and stable output.

In addition to oxygen production, 13X-HP zeolite molecular sieve is also highly effective in the adsorption, purification, and separation of numerous industrial gases and liquids. And it has become the preferred adsorbent for modern oxygen generation technology and a reliable solution for a wide variety of gas purification and separation applications requiring high productivity, low energy consumption, and long-term operational stability.
