Eight Steps To Get Your Specialty Molecular Sieve
Technology Assessment
SINMAT professional technical team will conduct a feasibility assessment, select the appropriate type of molecular sieve (such as 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X, Y and ZSM series, etc.), and develop a preliminary customized plan. SINMAT will work collaboratively with the customer to create molecular sieve that meets the specific application.
Design And Development
SINMAT will implement targeted performance regulation by optimizing the silica-to-alumina ratio, pore size structure, and metal modification (such as Na-type, Ca-type, H-type, Cu/Fe modification, etc.) for the specific application. Experimental Verification
SINMAT will conduct pilot-scale synthesis and performance tests of molecular sieves in the laboratory, including verification of adsorption capacity, selectivity, strength and regeneration performance, to ensure the feasibility of the plan and that the product meets quality standards and perform as expected.
Process Optimization
SINMAT will conduct pilot-scale production to verify the process stability, optimize the molding methods (spherical, strip, or powder form) and the calcination conditions, and achieve a balance between performance and cost.
