10X/CaX molecular sieve possesses a larger pore size and a higher internal surface area, enabling it to adsorb a wider range of molecules. It exhibits excellent adsorption performance for water vapor, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, sulfur compounds, benzene, aromatic hydrocarbons, cycloalkanes, and many other polar or weakly polar molecules.
In addition to its adsorption applications, 10X/CaX molecular sieve can serve as a catalyst or catalyst carrier in numerous chemical processes. Its well-developed pore structure, thermal stability, and ion-exchange properties contribute to enhanced catalytic activity, selectivity, and service life.
Zeolite molecular sieve 10X/CaX is widely used in PSA systems for oxygen generation. Owing to its strong preferential adsorption of nitrogen over oxygen, it efficiently separates nitrogen from air and significantly improves oxygen production efficiency and purity. It is one of the most important adsorbents in medical oxygen concentrators, industrial oxygen plants, and on-site oxygen generation systems.
In the natural gas industry, 10X/CaX molecular sieve is used for deep dehydration and the removal of carbon dioxide, sulfur compounds, and other contaminants, helping to improve gas quality and protect downstream equipment from corrosion and operational issues. It is also employed in petrochemical processes for the separation of aromatic hydrocarbons from paraffins and in the purification of various hydrocarbon streams.
