SINMAT has formally kicked off commercial delivery of its ultra-stable Y (USY) zeolite catalyst to Gazprom Neft, one of Russia’s top integrated oil refining giants.
SINMAT Partners With GAZPROM NEFT
Under the newly inked supply framework, SINMAT will regularly ship custom-grade DAY60 molecular sieve to support FCC and deep hydrocracking units across Gazprom Neft’s core refinery bases.
DAY60, stands for dealuminate ammonium Y with a silica-alumina ratio of 60, is one of the types of USY zeolite. Developed for heavy crude conversion, DAY60 features optimized silica-alumina ratio, outstanding hydrothermal stability and controllable acid sites.
The bulk procurement marks a critical milestone of SINMAT’s overseas petrochemical catalyst layout in Russia’s energy market. Both sides intend to extend the cooperative scope afterward, covering more grades of FCC catalyst zeolites and other relevant catalysts to match Gazprom Neft’s long-term deep processing expansion plans across its refining subsidiaries.
