Industrial Applications of Molecular Sieve
Foaming problems in the production of polyurethane products, resulted in the carbon dioxide produced by the reaction between trace amounts of water and isocyanate. Molecular sieve have exceptional adsorptive capacity at very low moisture levels, which distinguish them from other drying agents and make them the ideal choice for applications in which even the smallest amount of water can be damaging to the polyurethane products.
Molecular sieve dedicated to air cryo-separation industry, is applicable to any size of air cryo-separation devices. The adsorption capacity of carbon dioxide and moisture is further improved, to avoid frozen tower phenomenon in the distillation process. Good kinetic characteristics can maximize the adsorption effect of the existing adsorption bed, and reduce the size of the newly designed adsorption bed, thus decrease energy consumption.
The insulating glass desiccant can absorb moisture and residual organic matter at the same time, to keep the glass mooth and transparent even at very low temperature; can reduce the strong internal and external pressure difference due to huge temperature changes, to solve completely the distortion and breakage problem caused by the expansion or contraction of the insulating glass related to ordinary desiccants.
